For store A, 10 bars for $3,

Therefore, the cost of one bar is,

(3)/(10)=0.3

For store B, 4 bars per dollar.

Therefore, the cost of one bar is,

(1)/(4)=\text{0}.25

For store C, it is $0.20 for one bar.

From the rates, we can see that the best deal is for store C.
