Answer:

The dimension of the room is Length of 5m and Width of 8m

Explanation:

Formula for perimeter of a rectangle is;

P = 2(L + W)

Where;

L is length

W is width

We are given;

Width; W = 1.6L

Perimeter; P = 26 m

Thus;

2(1.6L + L) = 26

2(2.6L) = 26

5.2L = 26

L = 26/5.2

L = 5 m

W = 1.6 * 5

W = 8 m
