Rule for a 270| clockwise rotation:

P(x,y)\rightarrow P^(\prime)(-y,x)

For the figure A'B'C'D':

\begin{gathered} A(1,-1)\rightarrow A^(\prime)(1,1) \\ B(6,-1)\rightarrow B^(\prime)(1,6) \\ C(6,-3)\rightarrow C^(\prime)(3,6) \\ D(1,-2)\rightarrow D^(\prime)(2,1) \end{gathered}

Answer: Coordinates of A'B'C'D' are A'(1,1) B'(1,6) C'(3,6) D'(2,1). Option B.
