b.The slope is given m=-3 and coordinate is P(0,-4).

The equation determined is

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)
y-(-4)=-3(x-0)
y+4=-3x
y=-3x-4

d. The slope is given m=-1/2 and coordinate is (5,-2)

The equation obtained is

y-(-2)=-(1)/(2)(x-5)
y+2=-(1)/(2)(x-5)
y=-(1)/(2)x+(5)/(2)-2
y=-(1)/(2)x+(5-4)/(2)
y=-(1)/(2)x+(1)/(2)

f. The slope is given m=2 and coordinate is P(1/2,3/4).

y-(3)/(4)=2(x-(1)/(2))
y=2x-1+(3)/(4)
y=2x-(1)/(4)
