The cost shirt is s= $13.

The maximum amount they spend is T=$190.

The cost of 2 pair of pants and 5 shirts is,


\begin{gathered} 2(36)+5(13)=72+65 \\ =137 \end{gathered}

Which is less than $190 and here total items is more than 5.

Thus, the last option is correct.
