We have the inequality

3x>105

To solve we notice that the 3 multiplying x is positive, so we can divide both sides of the inequality by 3 without changing the sign. Then

\begin{gathered} 3x>105 \\ (3x)/(3)>(105)/(3) \\ x>35 \end{gathered}

In interval notation this is

(35,\infty)
