The cerebral spinal fluid is derived from blood plasma and is very similar to it, with the exception that it is almost protein-free, in contains just approximately 0.3% of plasma proteins.

It also contains fewer than 5 white blood cells per cubic millimeter and is red blood cell-free.

The correct option is e. in a normal situation you won't find any red blood cells in the cerebral spinal fluid.
