First, let us define dependent, independent and inconsistent sytem.

An independent system of equations has exactly one solution (x,y) .

An inconsistent system has no solution

A dependent system has an infinite number of solutions.

System A intersects at point ( 1, 2 ). It has only one solution ( that is the point of intersection ) Therefore it is a CONSISTENT INDEPENDENT SYSTEM.

System B are parallel lines. It has no point of intersection, meaning there is no solution to this system of equations. Therefore, System B is an INCONSISTENT SYSTEM.

The two lines in sytem C overlaps, meaning all of the points in the lines are solution to the system . It exrends indefinitely ans we can say that there are an infinite number of intersecting ( overlapping ) points in this system of equations. Therefore, System C is a CONSISTENT INDEPENDENT SYSTEM.
