The angle 1 and 2 forms the linear pair.


\begin{gathered} \angle1+\angle2=180^(\circ) \\ (x-15)^(\circ)+4x^(\circ)=180^(\circ) \\ 5x=195 \\ x=39 \end{gathered}

The value of angle 1 and 2 can be determined as,


\begin{gathered} \angle1=x-15 \\ =39^(\circ)-15^(\circ) \\ =24^(\circ) \\ \angle2=4*39 \\ =156^(\circ) \end{gathered}

Thus, value of angle 1 is 24 degrees and angle 2 is 156 degrees.
