The frequency is related to the wavelength and the velocity of the wave by:

f=(v)/(\lambda)

In this case the velocity is 430 m/s and the wavelength is 4.2 m; plugging this values in the equation above we have:

f=(430)/(4.2)=102.38

Therefore, the frequency of the wave is 102.38 Hz
