A cinema has movies that last 2 hours 15 minutes, if 5 movies pass and start screening them at 10:00 in the morning and there is a 15-minute break between each movie at what times do they finish screening the last movie?

To solve this question first we need to transform 2h 15min (film duration) into minutes as follows:

Once we know the film duration is 135 min, now we can simulate our situation as follows:

As we can see above, screening 5 movies + all the breaks between the movies takes 735 min, let's transform it:

So, 735 min is the same as 12h 15 min.

Now we just need to consider the screening has started at 10:00 and ad the screening duration: 10 h + 12h 15min = 22h 15min. So they'll finish screening the last movie at 22:15.
