Step-by-step explanation:

Using separate colour-coded cloths allows you to clean individual spaces with the assurance of not getting the bacteria from that workspace on another.

For example, if I used a yellow cloth on the chicken cutting board and I want to clean the steak cutting board, I will use a blue cloth to do so. The colour-coding helps me be twice as sure of what is on/in the towel and what I am spreading on the space I am cleaning.

An added bonus would be replacing your cloth every once in a while cooking, but that information is unnecessary for your quiz question.
