Slope is given by the expression:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We can equal both slopes of mAC and mCE

\begin{gathered} (3-6)/(-1-(-3))=(-3-3)/(3-(-1)) \\ \\ (-3)/(2)=-(6)/(4) \\ -(3)/(2)=-(3)/(2) \end{gathered}

Answer is B.
