Here, we want to make an ordering

For positive integers (numbers greater than zero and are whole), we follow the normal order

For negative integers( numbers less than zero and are whole), the higher it looks, the lesser it is actually is (for example -3 is greater than -9)

Also, while all positive numbers are greater than zero, all negative numbers are less than zero

So, with this information, we have the following ordering from the smallest to the highest value
