The volume of a rectangular prism is given by

V\text{ = L X W X H}

Since V = 125 cm3

Therefore 125 = LWH

When the width is multiplied by 2, the new dimensions will be

V = L X 2W X H

V = 2LWH

Then, if we compare this with the initial dimension

\text{LWH =}(125)/(2)cm^3
