We solve using the law of sines:

*We can tell the missing angle equals 60° and from this:

(3)/(\sin(30))=(x)/(\sin (60))

Now, we solve for x, that is:

x=(3\sin(60))/(\sin(30))\Rightarrow x=3\sqrt[]{3}\Rightarrow x\approx5.2

From this, we have that the length of x is of aproximately 5.2 meters.
