The point in original figure is:

(4,1)

A rotation of 90 degrees clockwise is given by:

\begin{gathered} x^(\prime)=x\cos (90)+y\sin (90)=y \\ y^(\prime)=-x\sin (90)+y\cos (90)=-x \end{gathered}

Therefore, the final point is:

(4,1)\to(y,-x)=(1,-4)
