Explanation:

This is point-slope form:


y-y1=m(x-x1)

in this case:


y-3=-(2)/(3) (x+6)

Looking at the structure of point slope form up top, you can find the slope and one point.


m=-(2)/(3) \\x1=-6\\y1=3\\(-6,3)

Now, just find the graph with a slope of
-(2)/(3) that passes through (-6, 3). It's hard to see on the image, but that looks like the top left.
