For every 2 ounces of diamonds, there is 152 tons rock. So,

\begin{gathered} 2\text{ ounces}\longrightarrow152\text{ tons} \\ 1\text{ ounce}\longrightarrow(152)/(2)\text{tons}=76\text{tons rock} \end{gathered}

So, to locate 20 ounce diamond

\begin{gathered} 20\text{ ounce=20}\ast1ounce \\ =20\ast76tons=1520\text{ tons} \end{gathered}

Therefore, 1520 tons of rock is needed to locate 20 ounces of diamond.
