the three points are

A(-3,-1) , B(2,3) & C(5,2)


\begin{gathered} AB=\sqrt[]{41} \\ AB=6.40 \end{gathered}


\begin{gathered} BC=\sqrt[]{10} \\ BC=3.16 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} CA=\sqrt[]{(2-(-1)^2+(5-(-3))^2} \\ CA=\sqrt[]{3^2+8^2} \\ CA=\sqrt[]{73} \end{gathered}
CA=8.54

thus, the perimeter of the triangle is

AB +BC + CA= 6.40 + 3.16 + 8.54 = 18.1

thus, the perimeter of the triangle is 18
