we know that

The total possible outcomes are equal to

6*6=36

favorable outcomes that the product of the numbers spun is 12

4x3 and 3x4 ----> 2 ways

6x2 and 2x6 ----> 2 ways

therefore

the probability is

P=(2+2)/36

P=4/36

P=1/9
