Explanation:

In regular polygons, the number of lines of symmetry is equal to the number of sides of the polygon. If that isometry is a reflection, then a figure has reflection symmetry, so another way to think about reflection symmetry is that one half of the figure is a mirror image of the other half.

In the case of the pentagon, it has 5 lines of symmetries drawn just like that:

The number of times a figure fits into itself in one complete rotation is called the order of rotational symmetry. If X° is the smallest angle by which a figure is rotated so that it rotates from it conforms to the original shape.

It can be rotated about 5 times, since the angle x ° is equal to 72 °, therefore the rotation angles would be:

72°, 144°, 216°, 288° and 360
