Helen amount = $2,000

Helen amount = x

Eunice amount = 2 ( Helen amount) = 2x

Helin amount = 2 (Eunice amount) = 2(2x) = 4x

x + 2x + 4x = $14,000 Check Helen = x = $2,000

7x = $14,000 Eunice = 2x = $4,000

x = $14,000 ÷ 7 Helin = 4x = $8,000

x = $2,000
