Answer:12 girls

Explanation:

3 Shares boys (Due to it being 3 times more) 1 Share girls

3 Shares boys + 1 Share girls= 4 Shares

48 / 4 Shares = 12

Girls are 1/4 of the 48

so there are 12 girls
