Sum the number of teachers:


18+39+43+38+12=150

Take 150 as the 100% or the chart, it correspond to 360º, use rule of three to find the angle of the sector corresponding to the number of teachers for each subject:


\begin{gathered} 18*(360º)/(150)=43.2º \\ \\ 39*(360º)/(150)=93.6º \\ \\ 43*(360º)/(150)=103.2º \\ \\ 38*(360º)/(150)=91.2º \\ \\ 12*(360º)/(150)=28.8 \end{gathered}
