The total cost is $ 35.

The numbers of drinks are x=5.

The expression for the total number of drinks and tocos together is,


\begin{gathered} x+y\ge12 \\ 5+y\ge12 \\ y\ge7 \end{gathered}

The expression for total cost is,


3x+2y\leq35

Substitute 5 for x in the above expression.


\begin{gathered} 3(5)+2y\leq35 \\ 2y\leq20 \\ y\leq10 \end{gathered}

Thus, the numbers of tocos may be 7, 8, 9, 10.
