We have the next relation:

(1,3), (2,2), (3,1), (2,0), (1,-1)

The ordered pairs above are written in the form (x,y).

A. Looking at the relation, we can deduce that it is not a function because each

x value does not have only one corresponding y value.

Look at the pairs (2,2) and (2,0).

Also, the pairs of (1,3) and (1,-1)

Both x-coordinates have two inputs that why it is not a function.

B.

The domain of a relation is the set of all x-coordinates.

Therefore:

Domain = {1, 2, 3,}

The range of a relation is the set of all y-coordinates.

Therefore:

Range ={-1,0,1,2,3}
