We have to use the formula of the percent increase with the information given. Doing so, we have:

\begin{gathered} \text{ \% raise=}\frac{\text{ Final value - Initial value}}{\text{ Initial value}}*100=(3.40-3.20)/(3.20)*100\text{ (Replacing)} \\ (3.40-3.20)/(3.20)*100=(0.20)/(3.20)*100\text{ (Subtracting)} \\ \text{ }(0.20)/(3.20)*100=6.25\text{ \% (Dividing and multiplying by 100)} \\ \end{gathered}

The answer is 6.25%.
