Step 1: we shall identity Micah's goal.

Micah's goal is :

(4)/(5)

Step 2: We shall find what Micah has run.

\begin{gathered} (3)/(8)\text{ of }(4)/(5) \\ \\ (3)/(8)*(4)/(5)=(3)/(2)*(1)/(5)=(3)/(10) \end{gathered}

Step 3: We shall find what more Micah needs to run to meet his goal.

\begin{gathered} (4)/(5)-(3)/(10)\text{ = }(4*2)/(5*2)-(3)/(10) \\ \\ (8)/(10)-(3)/(10)=(8-3)/(10) \\ \\ (5)/(10)\text{ = }(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

Thus, the correct answer is 1/2 or 0.5.
