First you have to use the graph to create a function to represent the number of species that have bieen born in captivity, C(t)

Looking at the graph, you can choose 2 points to find the slope first.

The points could be (0,0 ) and (10,200)

Then you have to find the slope with this equation:

m=(y1-y2)/(x1-x2)
m=(0-200)/(0-10)=\text{ }(200)/(10)=20

Then you have to pick a point and find the function, C(t). I choose the (0;0) point.

\begin{gathered} 0=20\cdot(0)\text{ + b} \\ b=0 \\ C(t)\text{ = 20}\cdot t \end{gathered}

So the function is C(t) = 20*t
