Okey, here we need to find the value of a conditional probability, so we have:

There are 27 large orders in a total of 100 large orders, and adicionally now we focus on those who have asked for larges where are 5 orders cold in a total of 27 larges orders.

P\mleft(\textlarge cold\mright)=(25)/(100)\cdot(5)/(27)=(125)/(2700)\approx4.6\text{ percent}\approx5\text{ percent}

Finally we obtain that the probability rounded to the nearest percent will be a 5%.
