Answer:

x=10/3, y=6

Explanation:

since t and s intersect, we have 2/4 = 3/y, cross multiply to get 2y=12 so y=6

we also have 2/x=3/5 because a and b are parallel, cross multiply to get 3x=10, so x=10/3
