1. The distance the uniicycle move if the wheel turn once is 251.20cm

2. The number of time the wheel will turn is 40 times

The angular distance of a rotating object is expressed as

θ = S/r

where r is the radius and S is the linear distance.

1. The angle of rotation in this case is 360° because it rotated once

360 = 2π

2π = S / 40

S = 40 × 2π

S = 80π ( cm)

2. using thesame formula

100m = 10000cm

θ = 10000 /40

θ = 250 rad

since one revolution is 2π

number of turn = 250/2π = 40 turns( nearest whole number)

since one rotation is 360°

the unicycle will rotate in 4000/360

= 40 times ( nearest whole number)
