THe problem is:

(-5h^3+15h)/(5h)

We divide each of the 2 terms of the numerator by the denominator as shown:

\begin{gathered} (-5h^3+15h)/(5h) \\ =(-5h^3)/(5h)+(15h)/(5h) \end{gathered}

We cross out h's and the 5's to get:

\begin{gathered} (-5h^3)/(5h)+(15h)/(5h) \\ =-h^2+3 \end{gathered}

This is final answer.
