Ok, the volume of a cylinder is given by the product of its base area and its height. The base of a cylinder is a circle which area is given by:

2\pi\cdot r

Where r is its radius and pi is approximately 3.1416

Then the area of the cylinder's base is:

2\cdot\pi\cdot2=12.566

Which is 12.566 sq in.

Finally if we multiply this area by the height of the cylinder we find its volume:

v=12.566\cdot20=251.32

Therefore, rounding to the nearest tenths the volume of the cylinder is 251.3 cubic inches.
