34) Since Francisco's triangular window is made up by an equilateral angle, then we can state that:

a) Each of their angles is 60º

According to the triangle sum theorem, the sum of the interior angles of any triangle is 180º. An equilateral triangle has therefore three 60º angles.

b) If all the sides of that Triangular window are congruent, and it takes 6 pieces of the frame, then it will take 6 x3 = 18 pieces

In other words, this is about the Perimeter of that Equilateral Triangle.

c) To deal with that Shannon's home distance to the park, let's sketch that triangle out to better get it:

Notice that we have angles, and leg lengths in this triangle. So we can use the Law of Sines to find the value of x, and then the distance from Shannon's place to the Park.

\begin{gathered} (3.5-2x)/(\sin(35))=(1.5)/(\sin (35)) \\ 3.5\sin (35)-2x(\sin (35)=1.5\sin (35) \\ 2\sin (35)=2x\sin (35) \\ \sin (35)=x\sin (35) \\ x=1 \end{gathered}

Note that since that triangle is an isosceles triangle, then the distance from Shannon's home to the park
