Please observe that in the graph above, the red region with the broken lines represents y < (1/2)x + 4

The blue region with the thick line represents y >= -x+1

The solution to this inequality lies in the region thats shaded by both lines.

Observe that the shaded regions meet at the coordinates which includes 4 and 0

Note that this region has a number of coordinates which include (4, 0)

That is the only correct option among the ones provided

(-2, 3) can only be a correct answer if the question gave equations. But what we have here are INEQUALITIES and not EQUATIONS
