The area of a sector is calculated by the formula

A_{\text{sector}}=(\theta)/(360^0)*\pi r^2
\begin{gathered} \theta\text{ is the angle bounded by the sector which} \\ 180^0 \\ \text{radius,r =1/2 of diameter} \end{gathered}
r=(20m)/(2)=10m

Substituting the given and radius in the formula

\begin{gathered} A_{\text{sector}}=(180)/(360)*3.14*10^2 \\ =(1)/(2)*3.14*100m^2 \\ =157m^2 \end{gathered}

Hence, the area of the bounded sector is 157 square meter
