The formula for finding the circle with the center is,


(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2

Now, substituting the given points into the above formula we get,


\begin{gathered} (x+1)^2+(y+2)^2=(\sqrt[]{1^2+2^2}) \\ (x+1)^2+(y+2)^2=5 \end{gathered}

So, the required equation of the circle is,
