Given the offsprings for problem # 1: male superhero cannot teleport and the female superhero can teleport. Considering that the mother cannot teleport (tt-homozygous recessive), the fathjer is (Tt-heterozygous for teleporting).

See punnet square below:

The phenotypic ratio is 50/50 or 1:1 - Tt=50%-heterozygous for teleporting and tt=50%-homozygous recessive (cannot teleport).

Given the offsprings for problem # 2, both can teleport having one parent with purebred dominant (TT) and one parent with purebred recessive (tt).

See punnet square below:

There is no phenotypic ration since there is no second phenotype. There is 100% for a single phenotype (Tt). If this will be put in ratio, it will be 4:1.
