We have to calculate the inverse function of f(x), being:

f(x)=6x+3

We can find the inverse function h(x) by calculating:

y=h(x)\Rightarrow f(h(x))=f(y)=x

We then can solve as:

\begin{gathered} f(y)=6y+3=x \\ 6y=x-3 \\ y=(x-3)/(6) \\ h(x)=y=(1)/(6)x-(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

Answer: The inverse function of f(x) is h(x)=1/6*x-1/2
