State whether the problem is Exponential Growth, Exponential Decay or neither:#1. f(x)=1^x#2. p(x)=(-4)^x#3. p(x)=(2÷3)^x#4. p(x)=9^-x+3#5. p(x)=3^x+1

It's important to know that an exponential decay happens when the base of the power is less than 1. Exponential growth happens when the base is greater than 1. Additionally, the base can't be negative.

Having said that, we have the following:

1. Neither.

2. Neither.

3. Decay.

4. Growth.

5. Growth.
