\begin{gathered} \text{Given} \\ ((3)/(5))^2+4*3-2 \end{gathered}

Start with simplifying the exponent

\begin{gathered} ((3)/(5))^2+4*3-2 \\ \Longrightarrow(9)/(25)+4*3-2 \end{gathered}

then get the product of 4 and 3

\begin{gathered} (9)/(25)+4*3-2 \\ \Longrightarrow(9)/(25)+12-2 \end{gathered}

Then, add and subtract

\begin{gathered} (9)/(25)+12-2 \\ =(9)/(25)+10 \\ =(9)/(25)+(250)/(25) \\ \Longrightarrow(259)/(25) \\ \\ \text{therefore,} \\ ((3)/(5))^2+4*3-2=(259)/(25) \end{gathered}
