We wil determine the radius as follows:

Since we are understanding the area as if the shape were cut and laid in a rectangle, then the area wiill be given by the height times the circumference, that is:

A=h\cdot c\Rightarrow A=h\cdot2\pi r

So:

372=16\cdot2\pi r\Rightarrow372=32\pi r
\Rightarrow r=(93)/(8\pi)\Rightarrow r\approx3.70

So, the radius of the circular top is 93 / 8pi centimeters, that is approximately 3.70 centimeters.
