N= number of airplanes

1/4N of airplanes were filled

3/4N are remaining airplanes

2/3x1/3N= (2/9)•N are remaining airplanes chairs filled

1/10 of passengers were adults

There are 90 chairs for plane

1/4•90= 90/4= 22.5 passengers

2/3•1/3•90= 180/9= 20 passengers

last were 25 passengers

Then

Total passengers= 22+20+25= 67

10% of 67 = 6 passenger

Then answer is 6 adults were for an airplane
