The formula for the operation (f-g)(x) is,


(f-g)(x)=f(x)-g(x)

Determine the expression for (f-g)(x).


\begin{gathered} (f-g)(x)=f(x)-g(x) \\ =6x+9-x^2 \end{gathered}

The domain of function is possible values of x for which function is defined.

The function 6x + 9 - x^2 is defined for every value of x. So domain of (f - g)(x) is all real number,
