we can calculate the propability of each dice and multiply to have the probability of the problem

Probability of 3 with the green die

(1)/(6)

because is one option between 6 faces of the die

Probability of 5 with the green die

(1)/(6)

because is one option between 6 faces of the die

Total probability

\begin{gathered} (1)/(6)*(1)/(6) \\ \\ (1)/(36)\approx0.027\ldots \end{gathered}

probability is 0.027 and the percent is 2.7%
