When flipping a standard coin 2 times, what is the probability of flipping heads 2 times in a row (I need the percentage and round to the nearest whole number if necessary)

The probability of an event is calculated using the probability formula:

P=\frac{\text{ number of required events}}{\text{ number of possible events}}

Therefore, the probability of getting a head is calculated to be:

P=(1)/(2)

The probability of getting two heads will be the product of the probabilities of getting a head twice. Therefore, this will be:

P=(1)/(2)*(1)/(2)=(1)/(4)

In percentage form, the probability is given to be:

\begin{gathered} P=100*(1)/(4) \\ P=25\% \end{gathered}

The probability is 25%.
