Hello there. To solve this question, we'll have to determine in which quadrant is the point A located at.

For this, we have to remember some properties about the R² plane:

It is divided by two perpendicular lines, namely origin for x = 0 and the y-axis, into 4 quadrants. Their orientation is counterclockwise, called positive orientation.
