Remember the following rules for function transformations:

Horizontal compression by a factor k:

f(x)\rightarrow f(kx)

Vertical translation by c units:

f(x)\rightarrow f(x)+c

Notic that the graph of h(x) is the graph of the cubic root function.

As we can see from the equation of g(x), the function has been horizontally compressed by a factor of 2 and translated 4 units up.

\sqrt[3]{x}\rightarrow\sqrt[3]{2x}\rightarrow\sqrt[3]{2x}+4
